Start the admissions process by completing the online inquiry form. Once your inquiry is received, you will receive a link and username to access the goCVA application portal. This is the best way to track your application status.
Step 2 - Complete the Application
1. Log into the goCVA application portal and complete the application checklist steps:
-application with short response and essay questions -request recommendations through the application portal -upload school transcripts
2. If applicable, complete the Financial Aid application. All qualified applicants are admitted to Carrabassett Valley Academy on a need-blind basis.

Carrabassett Valley Academy is located at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain, Maine's largest ski resort. CVA student-athletes have direct access to world-class training venues including:
- Largest vertical drop East of the Rockies - State-of-the-art snowmaking for extended on-snow season - Dedicated surface lift to centralized training venue - FIS certified downhill course
Application Fee An application fee of $50 for domestic students and $100 for international students is required.
Important Dates March 15 - Priority Admissions and Financial Aid Deadline April 15 - Priority Admissions Decisions and Financial Aid Awards to families May 15 - Enrollment Contracts and Deposits due
The Admissions Committee will continue to accept applications after the priority deadline on a rolling basis when space is available. Candidates will be notified once all elements of the application have been reviewed.
